Made in the UK, the Ortho combines a framed pocket spring system with dual-density polyester cushioning. It offers a traditional filling construction without an added memory foam comfort layer. Individually enclosed springs respond to pressure and changes in sleeping position, providing localised support. Their separate fabric pockets also help limit movement spreading through the spring unit.

A comfort pad made from 100% polyester sits above the springs, cushioning the sleeping surface. Further polyester padding beneath the spring unit completes the internal build. A frame surrounds the spring unit to add structure. A white fabric cover and vertically striped border complete the 21cm-deep mattress. Two border vents allow air to move through the mattress, helping heat and moisture escape. The mattress is hand tufted to help hold the fillings securely in place.
